Bad things happened.

Ahhh!!!

Apparently my 15 day wait for microphone heaven was in vain. It seems that in my search, the MXL 990 comes in an XLR and USB version. I saw USB = $99 and there was another option for $50. Not wanting to splash the cash, I unknowingly bought the XLR version. Not wanting to try another 15 day return and stuff of that nature, we are going to get a mixer, and an XLR cable (who knew mics didn’t come with cables?).

Basically, it’s utter mayhem. We’re getting there.
